Tread Lift

Silhouette Soft

The insertion of the suture in the subcutaneous (adipose) skin layer occurs through an entry point in the middle of the suture pattern.  The entry point enables the insertion of each half of the suture respecting the appropriate orientation of the cones.  After the insertion of the sutures in the treated area a manual compression of the adipose tissue is performed to obtain the full and immediate result.

Silhouette Soft sutures can be placed in different patterns: straight, obtuse angle, in a V or in a U pattern (with straight or crossed legs). Once inserted they remain in place, preventing any risks of migration or extrusion, due to the specific cone technology

A light local anaesthesia (Lidocaine) is required only at the entry and the exit points of the sutures.  The sutures are inserted under sterile conditions through the skin in the subcutaneous tissue.  The procedure is performed at our clinic and does not require any surgical incisions or stitches and it does not cause you any downtime.

How does it work?

Combating the effects of ageing above all means restoring smoother and more toned skin, but also a more shapely face.  To meet this dual requirement Silhouette Soft combines two effects: lifting and regenerating:

The lifting effect is immediate and discreet as it is the result of compressing and elevating tissue at the time of adjusting the suture.  After inserting the suture, the doctor applies slight pressure on the treated area.  In this way she reshapes the surface of the skin and makes it visibly smoother.

Silhouette Soft can be used for correction of the following areas:

Facial contours, Lower jaw, Cheeks and cheekbones, Eyebrows, Neck certain parts of the body (knees, upper arms, belly ...)

The number of sutures to be applied is depending on the desired result and the condition of your skin.  Our doctor will give you exact information during your (free) consultation.

PDO Therapy

Is an excellent and effective cosmetic technique to lift and tighten sagging skin tissues. It re-defines facial contours and induces collagen production. The thread forms part of an integrated support structure for the tissue of the face due to collagen synthesis. The lifting effect is at its peak 6 months later when collagen has formed around the threads. The lifting effect lasts between  6-12month Which areas are treatable using PDO Threads

Upper and Lower Cheeks, Forehead (Brow Lifting), Jaw line, Neck, Nasoi-Labial Folds, Marionette Lines, Arms, Thighs and Abdomen

Cog thread

Cog thread is a facial lifting, designed with a special suture thread called PDO( Polydioxanone) to bring back the beautiful "V Line" on yout face and " S Line" for your body by pulling up the sagging skin tissue.

The special structure of PDO with cogs and bards makes the lifting effect stronger than others.

A cog thread lift can help lift the face without invasive surgery – inserting threads through small punctures to the skin which later become invisible - and can be used anywhere on the face where a gentle lifting is desired.

This procedure is best suited to patients with mild to moderate sagging of facial tissues, usually those in their mid-thirties to fifties. The areas which can be treated with a thread lift include the outer brow, the cheeks, for sagging in the main cheek, naso-labial (nose to mouth) and lower eye areas, the jaw line for jowls, and the neck for sagging skin that is sometimes referred to as “chicken neck”. Most patients will not need all these areas treated at once, although this is possible.

Common areas for treatment in younger patients are the cheeks and brows since they are the first areas of the face to start to sag. As you age the lower half of the face begins to sag as well. If there is a significant amount of redundant or sagging skin, often seen in older patients over sixty, this procedure would not be suitable and a traditional mid-face, face or brow lift operation may be recommended in order to remove the excess skin, therefore achieving a better result

The threads leave virtually no scars, are simple to insert, and have minimal down time.
