The standard procedure is suitable for all ages and eyelid types. It solves the effects of all eyelid problems, from weak eyelid muscles to complications from previous cosmetic eyelid surgeries.​

Advantages:

Disadvantages:

1. Inflammation does not decrease until 5 to 7 days after the procedure

2. Leaves a long scar, but with DRK Clinic’s techniques, the patient will not need to remove the sutures and the scar will appear to be a faint line on the eyelid where the incision was made
